At the time of booking it is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of any special mobility requirements for transfers or hotels. Please note that these cannot be guaranteed as they are at the discretion of the individual supplier.
Complaints
If you do have a complaint whilst you are in the resort, this must be reported immideatly to the accommodation management, service Supplier or their local representative. You must, as a strict condition of your booking, obtain a written record of your complaint from the service supplier or their representative at the time the issue arose and if you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint.
Passport, Visas & Health
All customers are personally responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, relevant visa and conform to the health regulations required by the country that will be visited during the trip.
Advice on health requirements may be obtained from your doctor. If you are booking an excursion in desert, diving or trip to aqua park, pregnant women are highly recommended to seek medical advice prior to travel, at any stage of their pregnancy.
The best place for up-to-date information on visa and travel advice is the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). Visit www.fco.gov.uk/travel. We recommend you always check general visa, passport, health and safety information.
We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
Insurance
Before travelling abroad you are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance that will cover you and all members of your party. Some suppliers require that you do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and take them with you on holiday. You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance.
Taxes
In certain countries an additional taxes such as tourist or city tax are required. This is payable directly to your accommodation/hotel and is for maintenance of local facilities. You are wholly responsible for paying these taxes locally prior to check out. We have no liability to you for these taxes.

Behaviour
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she and the members of his/her party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances all suppliers (e.g. hotel managers, transfer suppliers, tour operators) and the Company have the right to terminate arrangements made on the Customer’s behalf, in which case the Company’s responsibility to the Customer ceases immediately. Therefore, the Company will not be liable for any refunds, payment of compensation or reimbursement of any cost or expenses incurred as a result. Further, the Customer will be liable to reimburse the Company for any expenses whatsoever that it incurs as a result of such behaviour.
